COCKTAIL TOUR 

Experiences by Cusco Restaurants-Cusco

Accompanied by a professional bartender, passengers will have an unforgettable experience enjoying all the nuances of Pisco, an alcoholic beverage made exclusively in Peru by the fermentation of fresh grape must, and distilled from grapes. 

The tour begins at the bar “La Taberna” of the Pachapapa restaurant with an introduction to pisco, its history, and a description of the fermentation process; followed by the tasting of 3 pisco musts and the participatory classes of the house cocktail (Cholo Sour, a coca-based sour). Then a visit to the Kion Peruvian Chinese restaurant where a cocktail based on pisco and kion (ginger) will be prepared. The experience will end at the Calle del Medio restaurant with a Pisco Punch tasting and a delicious snack.

Duration: approximately 1 h30 to 2 h (starting time: 4:30 p.m.).
