Arequipa

Founded on August 15, 1540, the city of Arequipa is the second most populated city in Peru. Its historic centre stands out for its beautiful colonial constructions in Sillar -white volcanic stone obtained from the quarries near the city-, for its varied gastronomy, and its pleasant climate.
